Tackling our fitness and health goals can be an overwhelming challenge and we often don’t know where to start. I like to take a realistic and practical approach to helping you achieve your goals and can provide 121 as well as remote support to help make those lifestyle changes both achievable as well as sustainable.

I specialise in management of disease (diabetes, heart disease, cancer), weight loss, pre and post natal training and Pilates. I also offer nutrition and lifestyle coaching to help support sleep, stress and emotional wellbeing.

I will come to your home or we can work out in the great outdoors! If you’d prefer to train with a friend or family member then that is absolutely fine, I’m also keen to set a good example to the younger generations, so if you are stuck for childcare and want to bring your baby along, buggy workouts are great!
Β£35 per session (1 hour)
Β£45 per session if you would prefer to train with a friend
There is a 10% discount for any block booking of 3 sessions or more.
