Sunday Power Yoga
Sunday 16th October 9:30-11am @ The Bullbrook Community Centre
£10 per person
This month there will be a slight change to the usual Sunday ‘Yoga&Granola’ – instead it will be a 90 minute Vinyasa flow/Power Yoga class with a ‘take away’ snack to refuel after.  This dynamic session will include a range of physical postures (asanas) that are geared towards building heat, strength and fitness, breathing (pranayama) and meditation to help clear the mind, restore balance and leave you feeling energised and relaxed.
All abilities are welcome, though you can expect to feel challenged.
Mats will be available though do feel free to bring your own if you would prefer and please do let me know if you have any dietary requirements.
