******Classes Update*******

Face to Face classes will resume on Monday 14th September and Friday 11th September…..I can’t wait to see you all! All classes will be bookable via the new booking system, which will be available from the end of August. Monday night’s will continue via Zoom – however there will no live class on Monday 10th or 31st August – a recording will be available over on my YouTube channel

Summer Outdoor Yoga will continue at South Hill Park every Wednesday until the end of August – we’ve enjoyed some lovely sunny evenings, so let’s hope the weather stays kind to us. Numbers are limited, so please do book your space in advance – classes are bookable here

I teach a modified Ashtanga Vinyasa style class with focus on strength, balance, flexibility and core.  Using a mix of traditional asanas (physical postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques) the class is suitable for all levels and is ideal for those wishing to build on their physical wellbeing as well as take time out for ‘yourself’.  With plenty of options and modifications for each pose, all abilities and experience are catered for.  Mats are available.

During COVID-19 – all classes are taking place ‘online’ via the Zoom App. Download the app to your laptop, tablet or smart device (allow 5-10 minutes to get set up if you are new to Zoom). If you wish to join the class, then drop me an email at and I will send you the access details.

Summer Yoga in the Park

Throughout July and August we take our Wednesday evening Yoga practice OUTSIDE! This dynamic flow class is open to all abilities and experience so please do join us.
Vinyasa flow yoga connects the breath to the body through a blend of movement and postures. Ideal for building strength, lengthening the body and bringing stillness to the mind.
Mats are available though please feel free to bring your own if you would prefer.

Classes will be weather permitting, so please do check this event page for any updates if it’s wet!

If you would prefer to do Yoga at home or with a friend, I will teach a personal and bespoke class to meet your needs from the comfort of your own home. If you are also keen to get your children and family involved in Yoga but aren’t sure where to start, I can offer a tailored class for children and teenagers that will be fun, engaging and a inclusive activity for all the family.

Prices will vary depending on the size of your group, so please get in touch in you would like to discuss further.

A 121 session is £40 per hour or £180 for 5
